What information appears before entry?
The confirmation step should identify the game, mode, currency, entry amount, and reward policy. Do not continue if the displayed terms are unclear or different from the mode you intended to enter.
How is a result determined?
Each supported game has deterministic completion rules. The server records legal moves, participant state, clocks where applicable, and the final outcome. A resignation, timeout, disconnection rule, draw, or completed board may all produce different valid results.
When can a match be voided?
A match may be voided when it cannot be completed reliably because of a service failure, invalid state, confirmed rules violation, fraud, or another condition in the published match policy. A void is not the same as a win or loss.
How do disputes work?
After a match ends, open its help icon and submit a dispute within 24 hours. Explain what happened; reviewers can inspect recorded moves and match events. You can also contact support for help, but a support message alone does not file a formal dispute. Filing does not automatically change the result or payout.
Frequently asked questions
Can an entry requirement change after I enter?
The confirmed match should retain its recorded entry and reward policy. Later catalog changes apply to later entries, not the already created match.
Does opening a dispute pause every account action?
Not necessarily. Any temporary hold or restriction depends on the disputed match, available evidence, and the applicable review policy.
