Privacy Policy

Bazichy is an online platform for skill-based strategy games at bazichy.com. In this policy, “Bazichy”, “we”, and “us” mean the operator of the Bazichy service, which is responsible for the personal information described here. Our contact details are at the end of this policy.

We collect information you give us, information created when you use Bazichy, and limited information from services you connect.

• Account information: your name, email address, password (stored only in hashed form), profile picture, sign-in provider identifiers, and email verification status.
• Profile and social information: your username, bio, avatar and cover images, settings, allies, blocks, squads, profile views, and online status.
• Gameplay information: matches, moves, results, ratings, leaderboard positions, achievements, challenges, and disputes, including the evidence submitted with them.
• Wallet and payment information: CHY and USD balances, entry fees, prizes, ledger entries, deposit and withdrawal requests, TRON wallet addresses, and blockchain transaction references. We do not collect card numbers or bank account details.
• Phone verification: if you verify a phone number, we store the number and the country it belongs to. That country decides whether cash features are available to you.
• Content and messages: posts, comments, images, global, squad, and direct messages, reports, support tickets and attachments, conversations with Bazichy AI assistants, and voice input you record in the Help Center.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device details, session records, pages visited, actions in the product, error reports, and the referral or campaign link that brought you to Bazichy.

• Create, sign in to, and secure your account.
• Run matches, matchmaking, ratings, leaderboards, squads, and community features.
• Keep wallet balances, process entry fees, prizes, deposits, and withdrawals, and keep accurate financial records.
• Check eligibility for cash features, including the country of your verified phone number.
• Detect and prevent cheating, fraud, abuse, and duplicate accounts, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Moderate community posts and images, and answer support requests, including with the help of AI tools.
• Send account emails, such as email verification and password resets, plus service notices and the notifications you turn on.
• Understand how Bazichy is used, fix errors, and improve the product.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our agreement with you to run your account and games, on our legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, and product improvement, on legal obligations for financial records, and on your consent for optional features such as browser notifications.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

If you sign in with Google, Bazichy requests only the openid, email, and profile permissions. Google then shares your Google account ID, name, email address, email verification status, and profile picture with us.

We use this information only to create your Bazichy account or sign you in, link Google sign-in to an existing Bazichy account with the same email address, show your name and picture in your account, send account emails, and protect your account. Your name and email address are also linked to our product analytics in PostHog so that usage and error reports belong to the right account.

Google data is stored with the rest of your account in Convex, and Google sign-in tokens are stored encrypted. Bazichy does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or your Google password. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Bazichy's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy.

You can remove Bazichy's access to your Google Account at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections. This stops Google sign-in but does not delete your Bazichy account. To delete your account, follow the steps in “Deleting your account” below.

Other players can see your public profile, such as your username, avatar, bio, ratings, match history, and posts, depending on your profile visibility settings. Messages are visible to the people you send them to.

We use the following service providers to run Bazichy. They process information on our behalf and only for these purposes:

• Convex: database, file storage, and sign-in infrastructure.
• Vercel: website hosting, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, and the AI Gateway that routes our AI requests.
• OpenAI, through Vercel AI Gateway: moderating community posts and images, the Help Center and support assistants, and voice transcription. We request zero data retention for these requests where it is available, and this content is not used to train AI models.
• Twilio: sending phone verification codes by SMS and looking up the country of a phone number.
• Coinigo: processing USDT deposits and withdrawals. Coinigo receives your Bazichy player ID, the payment amount, wallet addresses, your IP address, and browser details.
• Resend: delivering account and service emails.
• PostHog: product analytics and error tracking, linked to your account ID, name, and email address.
• Google: Google sign-in.
• Browser push services, such as those run by Apple, Google, Mozilla, and Microsoft: delivering browser notifications you turn on. Notification content is encrypted on its way to your browser.

Deposits and withdrawals use the public TRON blockchain. Wallet addresses, amounts, and transaction times recorded on a blockchain are public and permanent, and Bazichy cannot change or delete them.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights, safety, or property of players, Bazichy, or others, or to a buyer or successor if Bazichy is reorganized, merged, or sold. In that case, this policy continues to apply to your information.

Bazichy uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect the sign-in process, remember your language, and record the referral code that brought you to Bazichy. We also use browser storage to remember preferences such as board theme, sound, and layout.

We use PostHog, which sets its own cookies and browser storage, and Vercel Web Analytics to measure how Bazichy is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings or with a content blocker. Blocking analytics does not affect your games, but blocking essential cookies prevents sign-in.

• Account and profile information: while your account is open.
• Sign-in sessions: they expire after 7 days without use.
• Wallet, payment, and transaction records: as long as needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal requirements, including after your account is deleted.
• Match results, moderation records, disputes, support history, and security logs: as long as needed to keep competition fair, resolve disputes, and protect players.
• Analytics data: according to the retention settings of our analytics providers.

To delete your account, open Settings, choose Delete account, and send the request through support. You can also email us from the email address on your account at support@bazichy.com.

After we confirm the request comes from you, we:

• Delete your sign-in credentials, sessions, and Google sign-in link.
• Remove your name, username, bio, profile picture, and cover image, and show your profile as “Deleted user”.
• Delete your browser notification subscriptions.

We keep some information after deletion when we have a legal or legitimate reason:

• Wallet, payment, and transaction records.
• Match results and rating history, shown without your name.
• Your verified phone number, so it cannot be used to claim new-account rewards again.
• Moderation, dispute, support, and security records, and a record of the deletion, including your email address.
• Messages you sent to other players, and posts or comments you did not delete yourself. These are shown as coming from “Deleted user”.

Before you request deletion, delete any posts you do not want to remain and withdraw any USD balance you are eligible to withdraw. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent you have given. You can update most profile and settings information yourself in Bazichy. For anything else, contact us using the details below.

You can turn off browser and email notifications in Settings or in your browser. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

We protect information with encrypted connections, hashed passwords, encrypted Google sign-in tokens, access controls, and audit logs for staff actions. No online service is completely secure, so keep your password private and tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

Our service providers process information in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from yours. We use providers that make contractual data protection commitments for these transfers.

Bazichy is only for people who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has created an account, we will close it and delete their information as described above. If you think a minor is using Bazichy, contact us.

We may update this policy as Bazichy changes. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, tell you in the product or by email before they take effect.
