Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Bazichy, the operator of the Bazichy service at bazichy.com. By creating an account or using Bazichy, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Bazichy.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement where you live.
• You may have only one account unless we approve otherwise. Do not use Bazichy where the law prohibits it, or after we have banned you.
• Cash features, including USD entries, deposits, and withdrawals, are off by default. They are available only in countries Bazichy has approved, based on the country of your verified phone number. You are responsible for making sure they are legal for you where you are.
• We may ask you to confirm your identity, age, or location, and we may limit features until you do.

Give accurate information, keep your password and sign-in methods secure, and tell us right away about any unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity in your account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone else.

CHY is a free-play credit used only inside Bazichy. CHY has no cash value. It cannot be bought, sold, transferred outside Bazichy, or exchanged for money, and it is not your property. We grant CHY at our discretion, for example as a welcome grant or a daily top-up, and we may change how CHY is granted or used, or correct CHY balances.

• Deposits and withdrawals are made in USDT on the TRON network through our payment provider, Coinigo. Deposited USDT is added to your USD balance at one USDT per US dollar.
• Before you join a cash match, Bazichy shows the entry fee, the prize, and the platform fee. Unless a match says otherwise, the winner receives both entries minus the platform fee, which is currently 10%. In a draw, each player gets their entry back minus their share of the platform fee.
• Each withdrawal must be between 20 and 10,000 US dollars. Withdrawals are reviewed before they are sent, and they may be delayed or refused for verification, fraud prevention, rule violations, or legal reasons. The amount is reserved while a withdrawal is pending.
• You are responsible for using the correct token, network, and wallet address. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, and we may be unable to recover funds sent incorrectly.
• Your USD balance is not a bank account, does not earn interest, and is not insured. You are responsible for any taxes on your winnings.
• If we close your account for a reason other than a breach of these terms, you can withdraw your eligible USD balance first, as far as the law allows. Balances gained through cheating, fraud, or rule violations may be voided.

If Bazichy offers subscriptions or other paid features, we will show the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before you buy.

Do not cheat, use engines or outside help during matches, collude, manipulate results or ratings, exploit bugs, automate gameplay without permission, create multiple accounts to claim rewards, harass others, impersonate another person, evade enforcement, interfere with the service, or use Bazichy for fraud or unlawful activity. We may investigate suspicious activity and void affected results, rewards, or transactions.

Match rules, eligibility, entry requirements, scoring, and rewards can differ between games and modes, and they are shown before you join. The game state recorded on our servers and validated results decide every match, unless we find an error, outage, fraud, or rule violation. You can open a dispute during a match or within 24 hours after it ends. Displayed balances and transaction records may be checked and corrected.

Play for entertainment. Results are uncertain even in games of skill, so never use money you need for essential expenses and do not try to win back losses. You keep ownership of the posts, comments, images, and messages you share on Bazichy. You give Bazichy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, adapt, and display that content as needed to run Bazichy. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies we must keep for legal, security, or moderation reasons.

Only share content you have the right to share. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or misleading, anything that infringes someone else's rights, spam, or other people's personal information. We review content with automated and AI tools as well as people, and we may remove content or limit accounts that break these rules.

Bazichy's Help Center and support assistants use AI and can make mistakes. Their answers do not change these terms, your balance, or any match result. Check important information in the Help Center or with our support team, and never share passwords or verification codes with an assistant.

If you join the Bazichy affiliate program, the program terms shown when you join also apply to you.

Bazichy and its software, branding, interfaces, and original content are owned by Bazichy or its licensors. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where the law expressly allows it.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance, so we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms and will post the new version with a new date. For significant changes, we will tell you in the product or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Bazichy after an update, you accept the new terms where the law allows.

You can stop using Bazichy at any time and ask us to delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may restrict or close accounts when reasonably necessary to protect players or Bazichy, enforce these terms, address legal or security risks, or investigate misconduct. Terms that by their nature should continue after an account is closed will continue to apply.

Bazichy is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent the law allows. We disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages where such limits are allowed. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the platform fees you paid Bazichy in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

If you have a problem with Bazichy, contact us first so we can try to solve it. Most problems can be solved this way, and we will respond as quickly as we can. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer protection rights you have under the law where you live.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any rules shown for a specific game, mode, or program, are the whole agreement between you and Bazichy about the service. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a successor that continues to operate Bazichy.
